Project Angel Food, founded in 1989 is the only agency in Los Angeles County that offers free daily meals to men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS and other serious life threatening illnesses. The group currently serves 1,400 meals a day - has never missed a day of service - and never turned anyone away.
