Seminar: Men Having Babies 2010
As the proud father of an older adopted child through my state's department of children and families, I'd like to remind everyone that there are several pathways to realizing your dream of becoming a father. For me personally it was significant that my son was already here on the planet waiting to be chosen. Which ever pathway you choose, know this from someone who is seven years into the journey of parenting: there's no "adventure" more enriching or satisfying than loving and raising a child. I am single and decided to stop waiting for the miracle of finding a partner before adopting; my son is the miracle in my life. http://mareinc.org
