Not pregnant yet...a little sad, but we will keep trying!

Just found out that we are not pregnant after the last insemination. Tried very hard to not get our hopes up about it, and to not be hyper aware of everything happening with my body, and that it might be a sign that I was pregnant...wow was that ever hard! We are both a little sad about it not taking, but we will keep trying. So here I go again with all the charting, pee sticks, etc... Was just not meant to be for whatever reason this time around, hopefully it will be soon :)

It will happen!

While we conceived our first daughter the first month, our newest princess took 7 long months (with the help of clomid!) But it was all worth it! We knew that it would happen when the time was right as it will happen for you too! Good luck!

Thank - you for the encouraging words

Thank - you for the encouraging words :) We will be inseminating again in the next couple days. Keeping our fingers crossed that the timing is right sometime soon! It is nice to know what other's experiences have been, helps us not feel all alone in this process.

It just takes time (and alot of money)

Do you ever feel like we are spending all this money just to NOT have intercourse with a man. One of my coworkers asked me that and I thought it was kind of funny...However since we dont have that "exposure" it takes us lesbians even longer to concieve thru insemination. At least thats what my fertility doc said. It took us 9 tries. so hang in there.
